FOR SALE is a very well-sorted 1987 Porsche 911 Carrera Coupe. This vehicle has been meticulously maintained throughout its life and comes with a large binder of service records dating back to new, original owner’s manuals, warranty booklet with option sticker, Porsche Production Specifications certificate, Blaupunkt documentation, original tool kit, and additional supporting records.
Finished in Silver Metallic over a Burgundy partial leather interior, this is a lovely and desirable color combination that stands out from the more common black or linen interiors. The interior presents extremely well and remains in excellent condition (please review all photos). The exterior is also in excellent condition. The paint appears to be largely original, and paint meter readings are shown in the video. All body panels appear original and retain their factory VIN stickers.

Mechanically, the car is powered by its original 3.2L flat-six engine paired with the highly desirable G50 5-speed manual transmission. The engine starts easily, pulls strongly, and sounds excellent. The transmission shifts smoothly through all gears with no issues.
Recent and notable service includes a comprehensive mechanical sorting completed in 2025 by Porsche specialist Don Wise’s Autowerks totaling nearly $9,000. Work included installation and correction of the exhaust system and oil lines, replacement of engine and transmission mounts, replacement of breather hoses, fuel system service, oil system service, brake fluid flush, front wheel bearing adjustment, DME wiring repairs, sensor wiring corrections, installation of missing factory hardware, and extensive inspection and sorting throughout. The car was subsequently road-tested and passed California emissions testing.
Additional notable service over the years includes a documented clutch replacement, air conditioning system overhaul, valve adjustments, tune-up services, brake work, suspension maintenance, driveline service, and continuous maintenance by Porsche specialists. The air conditioning system has been completely gone through and blows ice cold.
To our knowledge, everything on the vehicle operates as intended and reflects a car that has been consistently serviced and cared for throughout its life rather than deferred and repaired later.
The undercarriage is exceptionally clean and presents beautifully. It appears to have been dry-ice cleaned and shows extremely well. We did not observe any active leaks during our inspection.
The car comes with a clean title. The Carfax report is shown in the video. Tires appear nearly new.
